A stunning Amanda Holden flaunted her bombshell figure while jogging in skintight workout gear in the sunshine.
She looked younger than her 52 years as she ran through a picturesque field in the tiny black top and trousers she wore.
On Amanda’s Instagram Story, she ran across the grass wearing bright pink trainers while dressed in Lycra and captioned “Run for your head”.
During her exercise in the late summer sun, Amanda’s caramel-coloured hair was tied back in a ponytail, with just a few loose tendrils framing her face.
With just a delicate silver necklace and no other accessories, she wore big shades but kept the rest of her outfit simple.
Her two million followers on Instagram have seen plenty of photos from Amanda’s summer.
In a recent bikini shot, one fan said she looked “amazing” and confessed: “I thought it was your daughter!”
According to others, the star, who is also a mother to 11-year-old Hollie with her husband Chris Hughes, looks ageless.
“You are a mother, a wife, an older woman, yet you still look younger than you did when you were a teenager.” one said.
